Mobile Home Silver Label Certification
Selling your mobile home? Missing the CSA certification? Altered wiring without proper permits?
Electrical Safter Regulation required all manufactured homes
to display an approval mark from an accredited certification
agency prior to sale. When a label is not present, the saftey
regulation allows for used manufactered homes to display an approval
mark label provided by the appropriate provincial saftey manager

We will guide you through the process of attaining
the Silver Label Recertification for your home
As required under Electrical Saftey Regulations we will:
- Complete the required electrical inspection and testing
to assess the condition of the electrical system as required
by the BC Saftey Authority, and submit the required
report on your behalf - Provide an electrical installation permit to
request Silver Label Recertification - Repair or install electrical wiring or devices,
if required, and submit the Contractor Authorization
Declaration Report to inform the BC Saftey Authority
that the home qualifies for Silver Label Recertification
